Q: Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
A: While we work with City Housing in surrounding counties you are NOT
required to make your property available to Section 8. This is not a
protected class and you as a homeowner can decided to be apart of their
program if you wish.

Q: Are you licensed?
A: Yes we are Florida Licensed Real Estate Agents.

Q: Can I reach you after hours?
A: Yes you can reach us after hours via phone and email.

Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?
A: Yes we will direct deposit your funds each month into an account of your choosing.

Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
A: We have a blank lease with addendums that you are able to see if
requested. Once we have a fully executed lease we will send you a copy
for your records.

Q: Do you sell real estate too?
A: Yes we do sell Real Estate as well. We can actually make referrals to
cover the US if needed just let us know if you have any needs and we
will help you.

Q: How and when do I get my checks?
A: You will receive a direct deposit on the 15th of each month into a bank account of your choice.

Q: How is rent collection handled?
A: Rent is due on the 1st, no later than the 3rd of each month.We pay any
outstanding bills on your account and then deposit the rest into your account.

Q: How long of a lease do you sign?
A: All of our leases are for 1 year.

Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
A: We require 1 months rent for a deposit.

Q: How soon can you start managing my property?
A: Our response time is first class and it only take a short time to get
your set up into our system. We will need all the required documents
back signed from the homeowner to get started.

Q: What type of properties do you manage?
A: We manage all types of properties, single family, multi family, condos,
townhomes, apartments, triplexes, duplexes and commercial.

Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?
A: You will get a monthly statement that will be on your owner portal
that you can log into as long as you have internet, this will give you
your rent, any bills and how much goes into your account. At the end of
the year we will give you 1099 reporting and a cash flow statement
which you need for your tax purposes.

Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?
A: We will hold the security deposit in a non interest bearing Florida
account and will ensure compliance with all Florida Statutes.
